The minimum order is one unless otherwise stated. Product prices, minimums and designs are subject to change without notice. Order confirmation is sent to the email address used at time of order and is the purchaser's opportunity to review for correctness. All online orders are processed using a secure connection. NET 30 day terms available OAC. Email your request for terms to orders@labelidsystems.com and include the following a minimum of three Trade References and a completed application for credit and your purchase order. Credit applications are available upon request, please send email to receivables@ziptape.com.
Orders shipping to the following States require a Form 5500 or F0003 if tax exempt, otherwise subject to the appropriate taxes; Arizona and Washington.
Shipping & Processing Policy
Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of order. Actual shipping times may vary based on selected shipping method. Customers will be charged freight according to product weight from origination zip-code to destination zip-code based on Carrier's current rates for the service type chosen. UPS is used unless otherwise requested and freight charges will be added to your order accordingly. Should you prefer to use another carrier or want to use your own UPS Account Number; please list it in the appropriate places when placing order for products. Ziptape® Label ID Systems, is not responsible for rate changes by the carrier.Conditions
The user shall be responsible for determining suitability of the product for his intended use, and user assumes all responsibility for an injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of misuse. Ziptape products are carefully inspected before shipment. As it is impossible to detect all imperfections, our policy is to replace such goods as proved defective. Ziptape warrants that the product is free of defect in material and workmanship and their only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product that the user proves to be defective; and they shall not be liable for any damages including consequential and special damages.
